It was just a pleasure to get there. We didn't expect much having heard a lot about poor Polish customer service but that place seems to be kinda exception :) really good food and well working staff - smiling and helpfull. Moreover they've got a jazz band playing live on some days in the week.

I must say it was realy good. we didn't spend much time in the restaurant (just fast meal - fast but tasty) but went to the club in the basement afterwards - it's also novocaina. it was great. i confirm - the staff speaks english. really nice interior btw.

I must say i was really impressed by the restaurant and club as well. When it comes to food, you know - I'm Italian so pretty demanding in this filed, especially when I eat Lasagne. For sure it was not like my mother does it but it was tasty anyway ;) Personally I find service good. Everything was served quite fast (not super fast but whenever I get my meal after 5 minutes I'm thinking bout kind of microwave shit so i prefer to wait a bit to get good stuff) I like this restaurant! I can recommend it.

Service in many places in Poland I've been to it leaves much to be desired. But Novocaina was definietely an exception - really kind, smiling and good-looking waitresses - SPEAKING ENGLISH FLUENTLY ! Perfect food and impressive interior. For the first time i was invited for a business lunch there. Now I visit Wroclaw regularly few times a year because of my business and i always eat there and show this place to my foreign colleagues. I usually do not write comments like that but I've been to too many places in Wroclaw that disappointed me
